BB1 5 reel stepper ATX Power supply swap

I am working on a 5 reel stepper BB1.  It is definitely a power supply issue.  I have swapped out the WMS 40x power supplies with a ATX power supply before which the one in the BB1 looks like its an ATX style.  Can this be done?  Is there any modifications to the 20 pin connector that needs done similar to the 40x conversion?  Also, the factory bb1 power supply has a 2 wire connector that is an addition to the 20 pin connector.  I assume this is for the cabinet power switch but I am unsure where it would need to connected to the traditional ATX connectors. 

The ATX I currently have, and why I didn't install it in one of the 40x, is because there is no color code to the wiring.  The wires are all black and it didn't come with a pinout but I believe the pinout is typical among ATX power supplies.

Any help confirming this can be done as well as what wires from the ATX power supply I need to use for the 2 wire connector that comes from the cabinet is appreciated!
