WMS blade with ivizion. Bv issues

Ok on to the next issue lol.

This blade is running a ivizion bv.  It's running ido03 2.84.  There are no errors shown on the main screen.  Green led in the front of the bv head.  If I open the cash can door, the machine registers it as well as pulling the cash can.

I flipped ds-8 to on and did a performance test and it will accept the bill as well as show the correct bill inserted. It's off course been turned back to off and power cycled. 

Now for the issue:

The bv doesn't cycle.  Not when the machine is turned on, cash can pulled and reinserted or to try to suck the bill in when the machine is set up to play. I can open the top of the head and still no action.  The led's inside are on. 

Any ideas?

I've tried all the available options in set up for the bv but have it on jcm. 

If I open the main door and press the service switch I do get a billval com error.  So something is wonky. 

If I put the machine in bill validator diagnostics the attached picture shows what I get.  Version and release are unknown.

I know this is an old topic of yours but I'm having similar problems with my iVizion bill acceptors.
Have the green LED as well, but it doesn't cycle, when powered ON.
Were you ever able to resolve your issue with the billval com error?
