S2000 handle

Hi I installed a new bumper in my handle assembly.  Now for some reason it’s noisy.  I noticed when I pull the handle down the springs go up and then. The spring makes a loud noise when is drops.  Is that normal. My other machines don’t do that and the one spring doesn’t move on the other
Machines But they all need new bumper assemblies cause if the orange
Stuff worn out. Is that how it’s suppose to be when new?

yes it is suppose make this song a big 'clack' when you arrive in bottom on the hadlle!!!
But the most of orange bumper is scrap on s2000!!!!!and often you find in bottom of machine like a beurk!!!

So, what is the new bumper? Mine is a puddle in the bottom of the machine and the handle is stuck in the pulled position.
