WTB / Hiring In-Home Tech in Chicago Area for WMS BB1 Gold Fish

Hello everyone,

I am looking to hire a qualified technician in the Chicagoland area for an in-home service call to clean, troubleshoot, and repair my home slot machine.

Machine Details:

* Cabinet: WMS Bluebird 1 (BBU) Upright Video (Manufacture Date: 06/24/05)
* Platform: CPU-NXT 1
* Game Theme: Gold Fish

Current Issues to Address:

1. Top monitor No Power: The bottom LCD screen works perfectly, but the top monitor is entirely dead with no display and no status lights present. It needs an inverter board check, capacitor check, or external power brick replacement.

2. Audio/Volume Issues: The game volume is currently extremely low and needs adjusting via the diagnostic/attendant menu settings.

3. TITO Troubleshooting: The aftermarket Ticket-In, Ticket-Out system is currently not working & also the free play is not working when pressing the service button. The SAS communication protocols likely need to be properly reconfigured or the harness checked.
