Bally e series 2209 MPU and I/O

Hello- I accidentally posted this under wrong topic earlier.  I’m new to the board, been lurking for a couple weeks now.  Long story short, about three weeks ago I bought two slot machines, an E series, 1348 and an E series 2209. Gave the 1348 to my mom as a present because it was working.  The 2209 is a real boondoggle.  After scouring multiple manuals, read every thread on this site relating to e series problems (unreal read the topics on all 34 pages), I’ve determined that the issue is either with my mpu board or IO board.  Is there anyone that has a Bally testing unit (read the manual on this one too) that I can send the boards to? I know there’s K LAR but any other options?

Btw- it’s not the power supply or the hopper board. I have no key for the unit but a prior owner wedged the door open. Confirmed that proper voltage is getting to both the mpu and IO with multimeter. The lights come on, but the LED reads 0. . . . . No signs of life Sometimes if I pull out the hopper or reels, it’ll read 0. . 0 . . Any help is greatly apppreciated.

I have a mpu board and IO board from an E2240 if you need to replace them.
