Aristocrat mkiv 540 tequila sunrise help !!

I've been trying to fix my mkiv 540 tequila sunrise for a while, when I power on I cannot hear any sound the picture is fuzzy then calms down to a blank white screen which I can adjust using the h.size trimpot etc when I disconnect the video input plug from the main board the screen goes completely blank , no lights on buttons either other then that its not doing much else I've went over the machine and had a look for obvious faults, I'm just hoping the main board isn't fried ?? Its a australian aristocrat aswell, Any help muchly appreciated  :thank_you:

Just a quick update,I was comparing my main board to online images and noticed that another PCB that connects on top of the main board is missing, is this needed ?? Here's a pic of what's missing
