It's a good thing. It show you tube should still be good and its not DOA.. Usually means you have a bad monitor chassis. Being a Ceronix chassis they can still usually be repaired.

Ok I'll give it a try. So if there is no white flash the monitor is probably bad?

OK there is no white flash on screen when shut off after a few minutes. What I did notice is there were quite a few quarters laying in the bottom of machine where they shouldn't be I'm guessing. It seems to be kicking the quarters out just to the bottom right of coin comparitor instead of dropping in hopper. Sometimes it just jams up and the quarter does not pass through. This may be a whole different problem.
