WMS BB 13.XX OS

I have a few questions regarding the H13.XX OS for the WMS BB games.

In the past as long as you used an OS version that was equivalent to or higher than what was required by the game card you were fine.

Now as I understand it, if you use a 16B1 thru 8, or a 16BA/16BB you will lock the OLED button deck (if you have one) causing issues for future game changes. 

So will SSSG-000-16BF also lock the deck?

What about the 16CJ (H13.471) and 16F0 (H13.520) versions.  Will these both unlock a locked deck?  What version of games will they work on?  Will they work on a game calling for H13.37?

It is my understanding the 16CJ does not lock the deck, and it can be used for any H13.xx game.  I don't know about 16F0 as far as deck locking.

16FO Does not lock the deck either.  It will run any 13.xx title and is super fast booting.  I use it for all my 13.xx titles.  When I run a game that needs a H9.xx OS, I run SSG 1490 Which will downgrade the deck to 2.3 firmware etc.   Then when returning to H13.xx games it (16FO) upgrades the button deck back to 3.9 firmware without a hitch.
