change multi denom

hi all
I just setup a multi denom touch pad everything works good. problem I am having is I cant change any of the players to over a dollar.
I went in to menu 1.9.1 it has 1c -$1 and I cant change it read several sheets and searched forum can't find anything on menu 1.9.1
my game chips are sg000597 my sb is sb101578  ver chip is vs011gx1  on an enhanced board
any help would be great

???? All the changes for multi denom are done in the key area 7.- . - ( I'm not in front of a machine right now to give you the exact screen numbers.) You must set the game percentage in four places in the 7.1.2.- then set the buttons and denoms in 7.1.1.-. Sorry the screen numbers are from memory I can confirm them when I get home from work.
What exactly is the problem you are having? Remember in order for your key chip to work there must be zero credits or dollars on the display.

I was able to get in the key menu 7.? (I'm not at machine either ) I was able to set everything up just can't go above $1 for the denom.
I would like them to be $1-$5-$10 and $20. But only options are 1-2-3-4-5-10-25-50 cents and $1
Forgot to add yes 0 credits on machine

Hmmm the only thing I can think of is maybe the accounting denomination needs to also be set higher to like $1. But I have not run into this issue before. Is that a SB101578? Your original post has got too many numbers. If it is, over $1 may not be available because of the chip itself will not allow it. That chip is labeled as a Double Diamond Pennies chip.

That's what I thought might be the problem I have other chips for double diamonds will try that tomorrow

Bill,  check the accounting denomination , see where it set at.    you can check this with out having to key,  to change this,  you have to clear the machine. you have the right Version chip for multi-denom.

No all the information you can give us is good. I did not know what chip you were talking about because it had too many numbers it was seven numbers long and SBs are only six.
Maybe try a 101579 but I think it may have the same issue.

OK great like I said in my first post try setting the accounting denom to $1 to see if you can still use the 1578. I know it is set at .01 because of the choices that were available to you.

according to the PSR   page 18, 7.1.1.3   they give an example of the accounting denom set to .01  and list the denom you have available, it covers the amounts you want to go to up to 25 dollars.  the second example they show setting it to 1 dollar, and all dollars values are available up to 5000.

ok this is what I had time to do tonight (have new grandson born Sunday) I did a clear set accounting denom to $1 when I tried to set player 1 only option was $1 could not set player 2 3 or 4 (I did set game % 1st) so before I posted here I did another clear installed my sb101576 and set accounting to $1 and was able to set player 1 to
$1 and player 2 to $2 no other choices so I either am missing something or it is in chips. the only sheet I have with sb numbers is confusing it says that both these chips are double diamond free spin 9l 360cr  when I know that the sb101576 is 45cr and the sb101578 is 90cr  so ill try some of my other chips Thursday night and see what they let me do

ok tried again today with sb100911 supposed to be double diamond 5r 9l 90cr  and same results could it be my game chips or is it just all the double diamonds only allow for $1 max?

Tried 598s for sb got an error so I just put the 597s back and set up the touch panel for .05-.25-.50 and $1 when I Change game out next time will try again

I believe 598s are specific for Double Diamond with free spins. (Probably why you got the error)
