BB jumpers

What are your backplane jumpers for the validator set for a WBA?
In the manual it says all three jumpers should be on pins 2 and 3.On mine the 2nd jumper is on 1 and 2.If I put that jumper on 2 and 3 my validator wont work.

My manual shows a picture withe these settings:

JP1 on 2 and 3
JP2 on 1and 2
JP3 on 2and3

and that's exactly how it's done in both of my BBs...
The table below that picture is wrong in my opinion.

Thanks,thats what I thought.Youre right,the picture shows it that way,but the table is different.
