JVL Concorde 3

Hello,
I'm new here so if I'm not posting this in the right section I'm sorry. Yesterday I came across a JVL Concorde 3 arcade machine that someone was throwing away. I plugged it in and the screen and computer work. My issue is when it turns on it makes a beep then the JVL screen comes up then a loading screen then a screen with a picture of a cd and then it restarts. Any idea what the issue could be? The system never loads the games up. I noticed in the front of the computer a slot of a battery. Could that be my issue? If so how do I know what kind of battery it uses? Any help would be appreciated. I will attach some pictures.

Check the CD Player make sure there is a Program CD in it and the CD is loaded correctly.  Make sure the CD player is working.  On many of the JVL games you need a matching security key to go with the Program CD.  The security key may look like a battery and if its missing nothing will load. All parts should be available on EBAY. Download a Concorde 3 manual from the internet it should show where the security key can be found.
