Netplex autoconfig option on s2000

On my s2000 I pressed the cash out button and the printer started printing and jammed. I cleared the jam but it shows an error and will not feed the paper, says call attendent and paper out but the paper is okay. I have been trying to clear error but to no avail. Was going to try netplex autoconfig but when I go to the I/O options 4.3 Netplex config is not available it goes from 4.2 to 4.4.


Two things.


Does anyone have suggestions on fixing printer.


How can I get the Netplex option on the I/O menu.


Any help is greatly appreciated.

Pull the ticket that was printing out of the printer, refeed the next ticket on the stack into it using the feed button and close the door to see if it reprints or finishes printing the ticket
