Changing Coin Denom

Folks, in an few days I have a game kit arriving for my S2000, which I am going to install by swapping out my SS chip, changing the reel strips, glass, belly glass, adding in the sound SIMM and Multimedia board.    The old game is my Cartoon Wild Cherry 5CM .25 cent game... For the new game it's a 3CM and I want it be $1.00 per credit..




What steps do I need to take in order to change the denomination.  Please bare in mind that I am not changing my base chip, ONLY the SS chip... but because I would need to use a Key Chip to change the denomination, by putting back in the original base chip SB1000 back in, will that reset the machine and I will need a Set chip to re-activate the bill validator?  I just don't see having a $0.75 cent a spin at max bet being very realistic for a casinos stand point, especially when top prize is 8,000 credits... Generally aren't 3CM's all dollar machines?

In my view, 3 cn machines are about evenly split between .25 and $1 machines, depends on a casinos clientele I suppose. On an S2000 you won't lose any ROM settings unless you clear the machine and BV Enabled is the default setting on those machines.
