Looks a lot like the old Leisure Time Games Pot of Gold cabinet, but they were bought out by another company that kept the brand going.  Can't remember the name of the company though...

Looks like the one someone posted the other day that ran off a bingo backend system. Careful with that one either way. If it doesn't turn on and run, parts might be very hard to find
