PE door open help

Please help. ok so far i have tested machine with working board so i know optics and everything tested good. chips are good i put board in and i get door open dose anyone know where to start on board i cant find any burns battery tests good.

I would start be cleaning the boards edge connection with a pink eraser and pulling all the socketed chips and reseating them. That gives you the opportunity to check for a bent leg or bad sockets.

iv done all the chip so i can test on another board there are no connections on board edge so maybe is pe+ but the board is on left side and no bill validator

That’s right they are like the S+ boards. Have you looked to make sure you don’t have a bent pin on the edge connector.

To be clear, you're having a board-level issue with one specific PE+ board not seeing the door as closed, when another known-good board in the same machine behaves correctly?  If you're into board repair, you'd need to find a schematic and see which circuits are involved in the door optic detection -- that's beyond my scope of knowledge.
