IGT AVP 3.0 Trimline No touchscreen & Printer

Hi all,

I need some help.

I have a 3.0 and the dongle farm is not either getting power or a signal. I am getting a touchscreen and printer error. I have tried the following

1. Main Power supply
2. Power supply on the cpu that powers the dongle farm
3. CPU
4 Backplane

All these were changed with known working ones and no avail. I checked the voltage from the cpu power to the farm and its good.
I also recognize that if the usb cable coming from the cpu to the farm is removed, the lights dont light on the farm

I also swapped all cables in and around.

Can anyone help me please. I have lost some hair with this one

Do you have the USB cable on the CPU board plugged into the right USB port? I don't think you can plug them in the protected ones on the left side that's used to key it.

Yes it is....i checked with a working machine. The problem arose when a printer was being changed.
