TITO Deluxe Messing With Sound

I installed a new TITO Delxue into my Big Times pay this past week.  I also went out and purchased a wifi extender (Netgear).  Hooked up the machine to the network and had nothing but trouble.  Immediately the sound on my machine became intermittent, lowering itself, or cutting out completely.  I also for the life of me could not get this thing to keep a solid connection to the app on the iPhone.  I was only 2 times able to add credits to the machine remotely...I could not lock the machine, or mute the sound remotely.  Any advice?

I've never had that issue on mine.  I know that sometimes the bettor tito does not start up right as far as the network, or the network piggyback board is a bit lose on the connection and you have to make sure that it is making good contact on all pins.  As far as having no sound, it doesn't make sense to me.  If you remove the wifi extender, does it make any difference on the sound?

Once I had put the network connection in, my sound went crazy. I removed it and it’s back to normal.

Are there different methods of adding the network connection? Maybe the way you have it installed it is radiating rf wireless signal inside the metal cabinet of the machine and that's what is interfering with the sound? I see some other discussion threads about adding wireless network to the slot machine with TITO, maybe they are helpful to read? A wireless device transmits a high frequency signal. So the location of the added network equip may be part of the problem.

I actually ended up taking out the network part of it unfortunately. I wanted it to work but was having a tough time with it
