Sound options for SP1311 chip?

Hello oh wise ones!  I have a s+ 2cm fourth of July machine, thanks to all of yalls help I figured out it had incorrect software installed I got new ss and sp chips but when I ordered the chips I didnt specifically specify the sp chip, only that I needed a type 5 for 10mhz board etc.  So I got a 92.5 percent ss chip and a 1311 sp chip.  Game now works perfectly but I'm unable to turn music back on.  I get the reel sound effects and the forth of July feature tune but not the ambiguous reel spinning music.  Any tips for this sp chip or is this a good as it gets?

With no credits on machine press white button twice, this should bring up 2-0.  Hit spin button once to change to 2-1.  Close door and wait for the reels to spin.  You should now have reel spin sound.
