Bally Alpha S9000 Mystic Lamp Bezel Light

Hi, I have a Bally Alpha S9000 Mystic Lamp five wheel Slot Machine. 

Q1.  When the machine is loading up, I see the Bezel (around the five slot reels) lights up 8 different colors.  Also if I run diagnostics in the touch screen, the bezel runs through 8 different colors.
When playing the game, only the blue color lights up around the bezel on certain wins, and fades in then fades out, and repeats!   Is this normal for only one color to light up, or should different colors should light up on certain wins?   

Q2:  Is the bezel at the top of the machine around the LCD Screen supposed to light up as well?

I have attached some pictures... If anyone knows, I sure would appreciated it!  Thanks...

On a 20" monitor Alpha (yours) only the LED bezel around the reels will light, and that color is game specific. So, say you ran a Hee-Haw, it'd be yellow., Golden Flash blue, etc. The Alphas with a 15" monitor do have LED bezels around the top monitor.

Hey guys sorry to jump in on old thread  but I recently  got alpha s9000 5 reel Hot Shot with the 15" screen on top. I've  only seen these light up on startup. I've  hit a couple of the bonuses but nothing. Any idea when these two are supposed to light up?
