You should edit your first post's subject then to say WTB.

For the record the parts needed are:

1.  Reel shelf.
2.  Reels (3 or 5 reels).  If you get 5 reel games make sure you pick up a set of reels with orange encoders and one set with green encoders.
3. Reel controller
4. SPN Cable (Also an ethernet cable would work here).
5. Power cable from backplane to Reel controller
6. Transmissive screen, there are 3 reel and 5 reel screens.  The harness for the screen's power and touchscreen is attached to it.  You will need a DVI cable to connect the screen to the mpu.
7. Reel strips and software for chosen theme.

The 3 reel games all use the same "color" encoder wheel (these are usually attached on the reel itself).  The 5 reel games depends on theme.  G+ themes use the orange encoders.  Hot Hot Respin games use the green encoders as do the 5x4 themes (Max Win) and goldfish.
