30-year old IGT

I'm looking to buy an IGT machine, but live in a state that requires they be at least 30 years old.

You don't "fib" on your tax return either??   
Honestly, I'd really doubt that the local POPO or feds would really give a hoot if you had a machine in your game room just for amusement.  Just like pinball machines (and other arcades) the newer machines can be configured for free play and to reject cash.
