Issue with RS232 board in IGT 23

HI all, I have purchased two IGT 23 machines and went to set up TITOs in both of them. One of them worked flawlessy, the other not so much. The RS232 board lights up (green and red light) when I plug the tito into the one that works fine, the other one that I am having issues with doesnt light Up (red and green light) I decided to swap the relay boards to see if that was the issue and the working one lights up for both boards so thats no the issue.


I tried different TITOS with the one that doesnt light up and no luck. Can anyone give me any idea on how to fix this please>

On G23's you have an option of using a daughter card at J19 or J20 or you can plug directly in to the backplane at J34. Try bypassing the daughter card and use com 1. Make sure to re-assign your com port setup accordingly.
