Kortek KTL190ST-03 and KTL190ST-05 No Power

I have a IGT Trimline with both monitors not working probably due to power issues. I attached a spare PC monitor I had laying around and it displays fine. Normally, when a monitor has power but no video it will usually say "No Signal" but I don't even get that. It seems as if it is not getting power at all. I'v tested power from the power distribution unit to the converter and I'm getting 120v.

I've read that some people just install a brick style adapter and cut the barrel off and solder the wires to the connector. I'm not sure which brick adapter to get or what wires to solder. Can anyone help if you've encountered this issue.
