later uni BV dip switch settings

trying to get a uni working, plate says 1995 mfg.  no model # on the tag. im getting bill validator errors, and the BV sounds like a bag of rocks. id like to just use coins. i downloaded a ini manual, but the dip switches dont match mine.  this machine has a BV inside the left side. the mpu is mounted on the back , on a hinge . it swings out for removal.

the dips are dip sw 1 , 8 switches.  dip switch 2 has 4 switches.  dip switch 3 has 4 switches.  the manual i have says switch # five on bank 3, but again, my bank 3 only has 4 switches. what is the right combo to disable the BV?

That is an 8800 board, or 8800-A2MK. Phantom Spin is the only respin game Universal made.


Ok, the dips. You have the eight pac on the left, that is DIP SW 1, and then directly to the right is DIP SW 2.  Turn all four dips on DIP SW 2 to OFF. Then perform a RAM clear. To clear the RAM you must hold in the tiny white button in the middle of the right edge, (or bottom middle when board is in machine) labeled "All Clear SW 4". Hold it in while powering up the machine.
