The bios is not special, what OS version are you using?  Do you also have 2GB of Ram on your MPU?

Is this on a BB2 cabinet or a BB1 conversion??  I ask because of the Button Deck.......Needs to be OLED.....

OK Couple of questions......

Do you have the Dongle for the game?  it's not shown in the pic of the CF cards (which,by the way don't look to be OEM). If you do where are you plugging it in?  On the top of the box near the oled cable??

Did you just buy the CPU or the whole machine?

The JUR chip looks a bit out of alignment.  Is it seated properly?  Are the Fans running on the cpu?

You say it goes thru everything OK but when time for the "Connecting to Game Manager " blue screen it just quits?

If you have a healthy bb2 mpu, I would try the video card from that mpu into this one to see if it fixes the issue.  Sounds like it could be a video card issue since it is happening when the game switches to the presentation manager.
