IGT s+ DBV-200 Head 12V DC or 117V AC?

Hi Everyone, I'm in the process of refurbing two machines, both came with bad DBV heads - one was a 145 and the other a 200SS. Both labels on the heads read 117V AC so I assume that is the input voltage; I purchased what I was told was a DBV-200SS head - but the new head reads: DBV-200-B023 and the voltage on the label is DC 12V 1.0A.


I've seen posts here showing IGT s+ machines with a B023 12V head in them and working - but does that mean it has a different power supply?


Basically - if I plug this thing into my IGT S+ machines am I going to smoke it? The brain organ says yes; but maybe there is some hoodoo-voodoo going on that I don't know about.


Help appreciated. Thx!

Got the answer - apparently the black power supply works for both.
