S2000 reels hit winning combination but no payout or credits

Here is picture of SB. Getting back with Jim, I have "up" on all baskets and notches are in the squares.

Ok guys here it is. Its not picking up the 3rd reel. Notice on pic #1 I should've won 10 for any bar, but got nothing. couple spins later and gave me 10 for winner of 10 or a single bar across but landed on a blank. Which you would think the 3rd strip s not in the notch, but it is I checked it 5 times. Do you think someone changed just the reel basket. I'm thinking about spinning the strip

Alright....something's off...I think it's time to do a strip test...

This is how you can see if the strips are lined up at the beginning of the tape above the 1st symbol on the payline.

Let's call this the Top-Of-Strip.

Open the door and press the white button on the MPU - you will see [1 Accounting] on the VFD display.

Press the Cash Out button 4 times to get to [5 GAME TESTS]
Press the Spin button twice and turn the reset key on the side of your machine once momentarily

The reel strips should stop with the top of the all 3 reel strips on the Pay Line.

On your VFD display, you should see Virtual Stop: 01:01:01

I cannot clearly tell if your award glass pays for blank wins.

If the SB chip pays for blank wins,  the 1st reel strip will be at one symbol above reel strips 2 and 3,
but reel strips 2 and 3 will  definitely have their respective top-of-strip on the Pay Line.

Ok I will do this tonight when I get home and report the outcome. Thanks for your help. I did notice when I opened the door to mark the reel position where it landed that the single bar is just under the 7, so counting the blanks it's 4 positions off

This subject is closed guys. And want to thank each and every member who tried to help me. I didn't realize how the reel basket worked and that it was 2 halves. Someone had taken it apart and had it spun 180 degrees. Even though I was starring at the notch in 1 side of the tang... totally my fault but I'm learning. Had I knew this prior it would have been a 30 second fix.  I had a NLG member (RB) reach out and help me also. I just hope this post can help somebody else in the future. Thanks again NLG
