IGT G23 MLD Monitor issue

I just picked up a fully refurbished MLD monitor for my G23.  I have installed and booted the machine into the diagnostic menu to wipe the drive and start over.  The monitor looks great. The issue I have is the touch screen is not working.  I turned the key in the Calibration Wizard it is stating that no touchscreen is found.


Below that it show:


Touchscreen Controller Version:
Netplex Devise: Device Version Error


Anyone ever see this and know how to fix it?


My machine had the standard LCD prior to this installation.


Thanks for any help that anyone can provide.

Did you connect the USB cable for the touchscreen?
