Bally Button Light Switches For Bally Game Maker HD

Looking to buy 4 of these switches as pictured. As they no longer stay secured in the button, appears to be dry rotted. Out of a Bally Game Maker HD. EN EC 15. XGA52-88Z219/ H. Or lead me in the right direction where to get. Thanks for your time.  I added the switch itself. Front of back. Only 4 plug ins.

I think these are LEDS,  this is a Bally Game Maker HD  panel.  make offer.
