Reel Shelf "Device Offline Error"

Have a 3 reel AVP, unit was working good no issues, tear unit down for a cleaning, removed reel shelf, reinstalled, plug in 3 left connectors and usb now i am getting a device offline error "Peripheral Device Offline ID: AVP Reel Shelf,Reel Back lights,Reel Front Lights. Please Correct The Error" I checked to make sure everything is plugged in, tried different USB cord & ports & do see some lights are working on the board that the reels plug into, but reels do not move or light up during startup, but reel glass lights work... any help appreciated
