Triple Diamond machine has to be reset with key on any win

Just changed a dead battery on this machine now on any win I get it goes into jackpot mode, is there something in the settings I need to change for any credits won to go to the credit meter?

Are we supposed to guess what kind of machine you have? 
What chips are you using?

Raise the credit limit.  Press the white button until you get a 7 in coins played window.  Change all the (7 in coins played window) settings to 1000 should do it.

Sorry, I meant to say S Plus. I figured it out but I have another issue, when I tried to enable the bv, I pressed the white test switch to get to 9-0 & when I pressed the spin reels button to change the display to 9-1 the button would not register & it stayed at 9-0. I opened the door to check the micro switch for that button & the connection & both were fine. Just in case I had a bad switch, I pulled the the 2 wires that activate that switch & put a jumper wire between them & it still did not change from 9-0 to 9-1. Any idea why it won't register even from jumping those 2 wires?

You need a set15 chip to enable BV and set denom. (with no credits on machine)

That's the set chip I tried but when I put that chip in & powered the machine back on, pressed the test button to get to 9-0 when I press the spin reels button to change the display tp 9-1 it did not change, just stayed at 9-0

Set15 should let you change to 9_1 if there are no credits on machine.  Which SP are you using?

This machine must be haunted, I tried to set the bv again, no credits on the machine. Pressed the test switch, got the 9-0 in the display but the spin reels button is still not letting it change to 9-0. I have up for now and was just going to use quarters, played it for awhile with no problems, decided to turn the volume up just a bit and now the coins are not reading when they drop thru the optic section of the coin handling nor will the test switch on the coin handling register either. Anyone know what I can check to at least to get the coins to work again?
