Will EPROMS from 3802 work in 3902 board?

Base Chip M0000526   
GME1 G0001777
CG 1&2 C0000351
PLX 1&2 C0000351
Can anyone tell me if this chip set will work in 3802 or 3902 Board?
Still a noob to Game King and may want to upgrade from my 3502 board.
I think it is GK 4.3?
It is in a 19" upright

Yes it will.  That eprom set is Game King 4.0.

I would like to upgrade MPU so I can play with some of the newer games but didn't want to loose older games.
