Game King won't take ticket or cash

Can anybody help me? I have a Game King, 044 platform Serial#1175006 model#96419000. it will not take a ticket nor cash, it was originally set forTITI,but was changed to accept both. Also it was set so that if you press the service key four time it would give you a hundred credits. on the bottom of the screen says"restart and closureM" . the touch screen works all the games are displayed but i cant get credits or put a ticket or cash in. Thanks.

What happened?  It was working and quit?  Battery died and was changed? Need some more details.
Restart and Closure M are informational messages, not errors.  They will both clear after a game is played.
