the machine it was working fine, then i dont know why shown touch and bill val errors, i did a clear ram, no E2, just NVram and keichip with KEY40, no changes.
may the complete clear ram can solve this problem? is someting with the netplex com... elverything seems good con the board.

i dont see a door open message.  have you opened the main door and closed it?


if so.. try removing the bv head/trans and see if you still get t/s error


t/s, bv and ticket printer all share the same netplex channel, anyone of them could be the issue.  the easy ones to try to remove are the bv and printer.. ts you would need another t/s board.


if none of those clear the error, could try a full clear e2, ram and key again. 
if that doesnt work and you have a spare mpu, could try that.
if that doesnt work then would time to try the motherboard.


edit: just looked at the pic again and do see the door open m.

i can't do a ram clear because the touchscreen  don't work! sad.


i have changed the MPU bus still showing the same error message, i should change the motherboard... i am on it.


The service manual may help, someone can give it to me? please

did you try to eliminate the other devices on the netplex channel?  ie turn off, remove bill val head/transport and turn on? and turning off disconnecting the printer and turn on?  either one of them could cause the t/s error(if the t/s board itself is good).


if you tried eliminating the other devices and still have the error, would try a new t/s board, then if that doesnt work then would do the motherboard.
