WMS BBU game not starting - Open Door D

Hi.  I received a new All That Glitters game.  It wasn’t working when I got it.  Found the monitor was no good so I upgraded.  I cleared RAM and installed the game.  I configured the language, date, time and denominations. I configured with no printer, no coin collector or hopper. I checked the bill validator works.  I want to use for fun at home.  I hit the return to game and nothing happens.  I get a screen with WMS and at the bottom of the screen is OpenDoorD.  The manual says the drop door is open. I’m not sure what that is but I’ve  checked all I can find.
What am I doing wrong?  Been trying for two years to get this to work.  Ugh.

Now getting these codes.  Obviously an open door somewhere but I can’t figure which one

The drop door is usually jumpered on these cabinet.  Look for a cable bundle attached to the harness that comes out of the backplane labeled switches.  There's usually a molex that has a jumper at the end.  Look at my photo, the jumper is the plug with the looping blue wire.
