Erratic Reels E2209

Machine: E2209


Getting random reel errors on this machine.  Usually in morning after sitting, all reels will stop.


Eventually 42/92 errors and no stop.....I'll wait.....and then it will eventually stop again.  Totally erratic.


Can I rule out any lubrication issues? 


I've cleaned the reader lights and all is ok.....


Just so bizarre that it can fluctuate from working perfectly to tilt and then back again....with nothing changed.

I have recently put in tested and repaired boards (thanks Alan!) and also replaced Power Supply board and Hopper board....and still having issues.

Testing my patience for sure,
