You have to figure out what is causing the short.  You need to  remove power from all peripherals (on most you can just disconnect from backplane), and then put one at a time until you get the power shuts down.  When you plug things in and out, it needs to be with the power off. So unplug printer, validator, power to both monitors, emotive controller, oled panel.  Power up and see if the system stays up.  Then power off, plug one thing.  Power up to see if it stays up, if it does, power down.  Plug something else in (leave the other one plugged in).  Power up.... etc until you find the culprit.
