G20 problem

I am posting this for a guy that is not a member here and is setting up a G20 multi-game for me.
Every time he installs more than 12 games, the machine will boot up and will work fine for a while until you switch games and it will reboot.
He has tried swapping every part and still the same thing, SSD drives, regular drives, ram etc.
He says he has never seen anything like this happen and he says he has setup dozens of AVPs.
Anyone ever seen this problem?




P.S. sorry for the lack of more details about this problem, but I can get more info from him if needed.
