Bally 6000 Bonus Spin Slot with GEN2 printer

Good Day, I have a Bally 6000 Bonus Spin Slot with a Mars DBV and a Gen 2 Printer. I can't get the printer to work. As you can see in my photo the plug with the Black and White wires are not connected. I am assuming this is the power connection. I can find no mate to plug it in to and I also am assuming it would be maybe 24 volts?? It is getting no power and I am not sure what is missing. How can I get the printer to work. The game is working fully as far as operation and accepts bills. The bill acceptor is suppose to take tickets as well. The only thing right now is the printer. Is a Tito involved? I know nothing about how that works yet.
