Worth Fixing?

I have fixed a few IGT machines in the past and really enjoyed them!


I never touched any of the Bally slots though..

Thoughts if this a good deal?

Being super cheap and not good at working on EM's, I'd still consider buying these, but I'd nicely offer $200 and explain that they can take considerable time to repair. Maybe he'll counter offer $300. 
If they worked before the move, it might just be a matter of looking for anything that jarred loose, or disconnected. Frequently they're moved with the hopper, and COINS, inside. The coins fall out and cause "unwanted connections" that you don't want! If you do get them, thoroughly inspect for that before you plug them in.

the machine on right is most likely a bally e-series - the other machine bally 5000?  if not working PASS!!!!  the eseries is a 5 line game - has some nice saleable parts - the other is boat anchor.
i just looked at all the pictures - the eseries lights up but meter shows ISSUES!!  the other machine not lit up at all. offer him $100 for the e-series - there is probably $200-$250 in easy sell parts alone.

As GOS said leave the Bally 5000. Don't even consider that one.

Oops!! I didn't notice that the other was an E series.
