Ithaca Epic 950 download adapter

Looking for the pin-out locations for this download adapter I need to make for an Epic 950 printer I have installed in an WMS BB2 machine.

Printing is spotty...have to reload firmware?
[N00528] is downloaded into it right now but it may be corrupted.
Been in there since April of 2006...bad memory battery maybe? :scratch-head_2:
Thanks for any help on this!


                                                                              ***UPDATE****

Weird thing is that these Epic 950 printers work when machine is set to "Epic 750" or "Netplex" but NOT when set to "Epic 850".

I swapped between two machines...they both print fine now.

Williams printers are usually set to Netplex.
