S plus 10mhz board display output repair

Hi guys i have a 10mhz board that has a issue with the display output, i have tested the machine and the display itself along with all other components functions just fine with another mpu. So i believe its a problem with the board itself, has anyone repaired a board with a similar issue? I have read that chip u7 controls the win paid,credits, and coins played display but have been unable to find anything in the schematics to back it up. Im looking for someone who has fixed a similar issue or advice and ideas on what i can do to try and fix the board. Thanks in advance

Had one that everything worked 100%, except no display. Found U46 bad, 6N139
