S2000 won’t start up

I’m new to vintage slot machines. Received an S2000 Palio Pix (SB000477) as a gift.  Machine was working well but now it won’t boot up.  Stops initialization with message “Waiting for video display”.  Starts with one green and 2 amber lights on CPU but when it stops the initialization there are no lights, no buttons active, video screen never comes on. 
All I have done in the past was place a fresh battery on the board and it worked well for a time after this.  Machine is set up coinless with a printer and bill validator.  It does not have TITO but I was hoping to add this later.  All connections seem tight and proper with all chips well seated.  Next steps in trouble shooting?   Thanks in advance.

Have you replaced the battery in the topbox monitor?  EDIT: Is this a vision or reel touch machine?

Thanks.  Did not know about coin battery on video board.  That fixed the problem.  Battery was tricky to get to and hard to source (CR2335) but got a few and I’m up and running.  Again BIG THANKS!  Joe
