Triple Diamond Deluxe machine issue

I need help trouble shooting a Triple Diamond Deluxe machine.  The candle it flashing slow on top and fast on the bottom which I know means tilt door open.  I have tried a few things to clear this and when I did a key reset per someone I was talking to she said she thinks it is stuck in a winners tilt and will not clear because a 1536 pops up on the far left when I do that rest.  Can anyone help me get this machine working again.  Willing to pay someone for help.  I am by Philadelphia, PA if there is anyone local.  Thank you.

When I turn it on the bill collector cycles the candle blinks what i think is slow on top and fast on the bottom and the winner paid has a 12.  No buttons work the handle can not be pulled and coins just drop through when you try to put any in and bills will not be accepted. No error codes.

The battery on the MPU needs replaced.  You must replace it before you can do anything else. 12 is the code for low battery.

Ok thank you.  Is that somewhat easy to do for a non technical person?  I really just want to find someone who is close to me and knowledgeable to come and get it fixed but I am having no luck finding anyone.

I just found some verbiage in the manual that says that battery replacement requires soldering and should only be performed by qualified personnel.  If that is true is there anyone around Philadelphia, PA that I can hire to do this for me?

I am in staten island new york. a service call would be possible but pricey. if you send me the board i can change the battery for you.Don lee 917 992 2803.

I am trying to figure out how to access the board.  Do I have to take the whole hopper in the front out to gain access?

Yes the hopper just slides out.  Then pull straight up on the black knob to remove MPU tray.  You have to pull up pretty hard.
