Lost sound on AVP machine

Lost sound on my AVP machine, worked great a few days ago.  I have replaced sound amp amplifier and checked wiring with no luck. Any suggestions will be appreciated.  Thanks, Richard

The sound comes from the brainbox.  Did you make sure the audio jacks are plugged into the right place and that they're fully seated?

I know on mine the audio jacks are very touchy. I have to spin them the right way in order for sound to come out of all speakers - try doing sound loop test & messing with the audio jacks.

If anyone knows how to clean these or whatever would be appreciated - tried can of air thru the audio jack holes in CPU but no luck.

DeoxIT has worked well for me.   Put some on the plug and plug/unplug it a few times, wipe off any excess and it should good to go.  It's kind of pricey, but it goes a long ways.

Thank you, guys for the information.  I have Pulmonary rehab in the morning, and I will double check all connections and jacks tomorrow afternoon and will advise.

I also had VERY sensitive connection issues at the audio jack. Sound was never perfect. Always some intermittent crackle. After reading your post I ordered up some DeoxIT. It totally cured my problem 100%.

Hello guys, I finally got time to fix my sound problem, just a bad connections on male plug.  Used DeoxIT fixed my problem.  Thank you all for the help!
