wondering why i can't view

I was looking around on the aristocrat section of here and came a crossed a post about an aristocrat mk7 op manual and user guide.

but to look at it I have to go to nlg file system and when I went there it said I couldn't view downloads

Hello Hooglin
You need to be a contributing member to access the file system.
You can make a one-time contribution if you want access for 30 days. Of course I suggest becoming an ongoing contributor, there is tons of resources here worth paying a few dollars for.
