What is this wire for and what is it called?

I recently purchased an S plus to add to my collection and it came with a wire like this and apparently I’ve seen the same type of wire with these kits listed on eBay for the WBA exceptors.

I’m trying to troubleshoot some issues with it and wondering if this wire may have anything to do with it mine is a little bit shorter, but the same exact adapters on the ends.

If anyone could please enlighten me as to what the heck this thing does or is and where it would connect on my machine, that would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

That looks like the cable/connector you need to connect the yellow bezel light when upgrading to a WBA BV on a S+ machine.
