S2000/Varta battery?

A Great day to ALL. Thanks to Jim & The rest of the members that contributed to the Varta battery thread. I just finished repairing 5/6 boards by cleaning the Battery leakage off the boards with the “CRC/Q2” cleaner and a very soft toothbrush. What I could use some help on is, The last board I have to repair is. 501. It’s the worst of them All. Appears that U77 IC, (14504B) has issues with the pin/pad corrosion. After cleaning/reinstalling board, I used reset key and white button to get to the point of close door. After I do, Nothing except for what it shows in the picture. Any suggestions on this one?

I would write this one off. Besides possible open traces, there's likely to be current leakage or shorting between traces. It seems to me that any cleaning you do will be on the top surface of the solder mask, not beneath it where the corrosion is.
