touch screen monitor doesn't seen to notice me touching it on a alpha elite

so i did a clear and had walked away from my machine to check on set up on my computer. Well i this is what i have call attendant then i open belly door then i get the message denominations not set. Then i hit the white button on the mpu and like a set menu comes up i try to touch any of the set ups and nothing happens . anyone have any ideas also i have never set up a bally machine what maybe the best video to watch for this or a print out since i would like to be in front of my game and do what needs to be done since my computer is in the house.thanks everyone  P.S it did say in the right corner of the screen to open cm door .i dont know what door there talking about or where it is.

youtube has a lot of video on setup for these machines.  Just search for bally alpha setup and you should get a few hits.  Here's the one I did for a quick hits with a progressive.
