Helix Upright with Gen 8 board Printer disconnected

Seems no matter what i do the printer says disconnected. Printer is powered on and hooked up.  Do you have to enter the crc seed value? (Someone suggested)

All the options are set to the correct values but no printer.

New to Aristocrat any help apperciated.   Its a Gen 2 printer.


Dealer threw a printer in that was for a WMS Game...   New printer for the Aristocrat saves the day!

What I've found:

Sticker from tech  repaired in 2017.

Flashed for WMS.  From what I see Aristocrat is specific to its needs on printers? So have one coming out of another helix.  Should solve it?
